b) BMW
Fully known as Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, is another German automobile company founded in 1916 and was initially intended to manufacture aircraft engines. The company is located in Munich and has a reputation for building very reliable and luxurious. Though it is not known for making trucks.
c) Volkswagen
The VW (famously known worldwide for their old hunchback models) is the second-largest automobile manufacturing company by production only. Volkswagen is also an automaker that is located in Berlin, Germany. The German Labour Front founded the company in 1937 as the daughter company of the Volkswagen Group. Unlike BMW, Volkswagen builds both cars and pickup trucks. Some of the models include the Volkswagen Jetta, Volkswagen Scirocco, The Volkswagen Golf, etc.
d) Audi
The Audi AG was founded in 1909 and is located in Zwickau, Germany. Audi is famously known for its unique sedans, SUVs, and convertibles. Audi is also a member of the Volkswagen Group and has nine production facilities across the globe. Current models include Sedan, Sportback, Wagon, Coupe, SUV, and Cabriolet.
e) Peugeot
Created in 1810 and initially started as a coffee mill, Peugeot is a French-based company that is part of the Groupe PSA. Peugeots are known worldwide for their reliability and are relatively less costly. The brand produces a wide range of cars starting from sports cars, commercial vehicles to electric cars with a production output of over 2 million units by 2017.
f) Citroen
Another French automobile is the Citroen that was founded by a French industrialist André-Gustave Citroën in 1919. The brand later became part of the PSA Peugeot Citroën in 1976. The company is known for innovative technology and has garnered a reputation since 1934. Citroen manufactures a wide range of cars such as vans, sedans, SUVs, hatchbacks as well as electric and hybrid cars.

Not many automobile companies can brag luxury as well as the Chrysler. Considered one of the big three in the United States. The company is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and founded by Walter Chrysler back in 1925. The brand started as a medium-priced car but later transitioned to the upper end and is currently known for best luxurious vehicles ranging from minivans like the Pacifica, Voyager, 300, etc.

The Dodge brand is well known in the United States for making some of the best performance cars. The company was founded in 1900 as a daughter company of Chrysler. Their headquarters is located in Auburn Hill, Michigan. Some of the cars manufactured by Dodge include the Charger, Challenger, Viper and recently the 2020 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat
i) Jeep
Another big brand is the Jeep, which is owned by the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and was founded in 1943. Jeep is well known for manufacturing SUVs such as the Wrangler, Cherokee, Renegade, Compass, etc. They even have the Jeep Gladiator that is both truck 100% and 100% Jeep.
